The legendary Shure V15 TypeV MR and top of the line cartridge from The Shure Brothers and made in America. Multimeter tested at 920/926 ohms per channel. NEW LP GEAR VIVID LINE stylus never opened. The stylus is 160 bucks alone if bought direct. Mounted and aligned on a rare Marantz magnesium alloy headshell with gold lead wires weighing 8.9 grams. Tested with my own stylus. Completely plug and play on a properly balanced tonearm. I suggest 1.25 grams with VTF set to 1.75 grams with brush down. FREE shipping to the lower 48 United States only. For sale is used Shure V15 Type V VN5G spherical (conical) stylus with beryllium cantilever, fitting the V15-V and VST-V cartridges in VN5MR case in excellent condition. It is a nude mounted conical tracking at 1 gram-1/2 grams tracking force. It was a very rarely bought stylus option from Shure. Most of the VN5Gs were used in classical and jazz radio stations. It has up to 5 hours on it, practically new. Please view provided pictures.
