Bought this a few months ago and had 1 channel out, so I bought a NEW genericShure V15 Type IV 4 VN-45e, 4772-DE Replacement Needle 772-DE 4772-DE Japan Pfanstiehl stylus (which I will include) and still cartridge has same channel out. So what buyer will get is V15 type IV cartridge w 1 channel out but original V15 IV stylus and brand new Pfanstiehl that works . I am not sure but think the V15 IV stylus works. I will get pics done and uploaded of the generic stylus also. Does not INCLUDE head shell pictured
