Some prefer the original Shure holders and (especially) brush to the aftermarket ones. Nothing wrong with this cartridge, simply surplus to my needs (I already have another). Listing another legendary MM cartridge Shure V15 Type III, comes with original, genuine VN35E Supertrack Plus Stylus. I bought this cart for it’s high required loading to go with my Naim vintage phono card, but end up I found the best match would be Linn’s cart rather than Shure, and it’s remain unused since then. The stylus still got good hours on it, body with yellow lettering is the good vintage one. V15 Type III sounds like MC but with the full body of MM cart, one of the best ever made MM cart in history. This is a highly sought after Stereo Dynetic Super-Track Plus with a hyper-elliptical nude diamond tip. These Shure stylus and their matching cartridges are still legendary for their superior trackability, neutral sonics and low distortion. Shure is no longer making these stylus. This stylus is used.
