The included stylus is a used, genuine Shure N91ED “Hi-Track”. It is in very good condition, with hundreds of hours left on it. This is the earlier made in the U.S.A. stylus with the thin cantilever, not the later made in Mexico version with the “fat” cantilever. The stylus has a “nude” .2 x .7 mil elliptical tip & the tracking force is ¾ ~ 1½ grams. Also included is a set of mounting hardware. Since the cartridge was “checked” with an Ohmmeter & this combination has been visually checked, there are NO returns or refunds. This is the 103rd M91ED I have posted on eBay & I have sold over 1200 moving margent cartridges. This item will require an adults’ signature for delivery. Shure M91ED MM Turntable Cartridge Ships as shown. Includes 3 styli (or styluses if you prefer). I just replaced my old Dual turntable (that was fitted with this cartridge) with something newer. I no longer need this one, so time to move it along to a new home. Cartridge sounds excellent. If youre after a warm sound, this may be the cart for you. Not the most accurate tracker in the world but very forgiving of record surface noise and wear. Also an excellent pairing to a stacker type turntable. I personally only used it as a single play. I mainly played older LPs on this cart and played newer ones on my Thorens that was fitted with a Shure M97X (also for sale - see our eBay store by clicking the link below if youre looking for something higher end) Includes two Hi-Track original styli and one LP Gear Upgrade. The cartridge was used on my secondary turntable and didnt get as much use as my main Thorens, but I always changed out the styli on both of my turntables at the same time. About every 6 to 9 months or so. I prefer to change my styli too soon rather than too late so all three of them were sounding fine when changed. Shure M91ED Cartridge w/ Original Shure N91ED .2 x .7 Mil Elliptical Stylus – T4 This listing is for one used Shure M91ED cartridge. The cartridge was “checked” with an Ohmmeter & the results are posted in two of the photos. The readings are equal / matched. The metal cartridge body is missing the paint on the sides. The included stylus is a used Shure N91ED. The stylus has a nude mounted .2 x .7 mil elliptical tip & the tracking force is ¾ ~ 1½ grams. The stylus tip is in very good condition. The stylus is the earlier U.S.A. made version, which has the “thin” cantilever, not the later made in Mexico version that has the much less desirable “fat” cantilever. Also included is the original stylus guard, spec/data sheet, & the pill bottle. Since the cartridge was “checked” with an Ohmmeter, & this combination has been visually inspected, there are NO returns or refunds. This item will require an adults’ signature for delivery. The shown mailing cost includes full insurance & a delivery signature. This is the 99th M91ED I have posted on eBay & I have sold over 1180 moving magnet cartridges. If you have an issue with sibilance, it probably means that the cartridge/stylus is not a good match for your tonearm. Not that there is anything defective with this cartridge or stylus.
