D Vintage Sherwood S-3000 V Tube FM Multiplex Stereo Radio Tuner for Repair Tuner will need some repair. Tuner powers on and works well in mono mode. There is significant noise / static in stereo mode, the level control does not work. The tuning meter responds and the stereo indicator lamp turns on. Some of the included tubes tested weak. Tuner may need new tubes, capacitors, and other service. No guarantee of functionality due to age. Faceplate has some dirt and wear. The finish on the metal frame around the faceplate is worn. You are looking at a very nice Sherwood DS-3010C cassette tape deck. Would suggest this is one of the higher end models Sherwood made. Has a very Yamaha feel to it in look, style, size, build etc. If it had a Yamaha badge on it, Id probably be fooled!
