On the front- it has a nice easy read amber display, all knobs and push buttons and headphone jack work as should. AM and FM also working as should. This is a quartz pll synthesizer tuning system.On the back- all 4 speaker outputs work as well as all audio and video RCAs, phono, cd, aux video, tape play, tape rec not tested. The best I can make out this is not an A or B or A+ system, it is a surround effect system using four speakers, though you can use the main speaker outputs as a 2 channel system with no speakers to the surrounds. If there is something I missed again I am not an expert. I used this for a month plus with no issues. Hows it sound? Using a Panasonic CD player and Canton speakers, and a variety of CDs and DVDs all I can say is WOW! The stereo surround effect is something that has to be heard for it is difficult to try to explain in words. But I enjoyed it for the month I listened to it both on CDs and DVDs and will miss it. This is a powerful mid sized receiver, built like a tank and heavy, mostly on the side where the amp is. Hopefully youll be WOWED, too! The FM sounds very nice, also.
