It has one quirk that I thought was strange, but is actually by design, according to the operating manual: The Tape 1 cassette player does not fast forward or rewind. Only TAPE2 has that function. (I included a photo from the manual about that). The unit has some scratches on the top and some scuffs on the front face, but other than that it looks pretty darn good and seems like it has hardly been used. By design, the speakers are not physically attached to the main unit so they can be positioned where you want them They each come with about 4 feet of built-in speaker wire that is detachable at the receiver.
