Hi, This auction is for my old Sharp Portable Minidisk Recorder type MD-MS701H(S)2 which Ive had since new. As can be seen from the photos the unit still powers up from the original power supply which is included. Unfortunately the internal Lithium Ion battery is shot due to prolonged storage. The battery, which is intact and non-leaking, will be included for reference or authenticity. Please bare in mind that since I no longer have any disks that I can find to play and fully test the unit I am selling it as For parts or not working and will not accept returns. The physical condition is very good as I have tried to show in the photos. Only the items shown in the photos are included. Thats about it. Thanks for looking and good luck if you decide to bid.

Rechargeable battery does charge but not sure how long the player will play per recharge – batteries are available elsewhere on eBay USB charger/ battery eliminator cable included.

This unit is in mint condition. It was working when I last used it but has been in storage for a few years all wrapped up in its box. The display shows the following error when reading the disc: TOC ERRORa. I have tried a cleaning the disc but no luck and would strip it down to realign the lens but I don’t have the time. This was a great little unit when I used it, it comes complete with all the accessories which include a rechargeable battery, power supply (UK), headphones, tote bag, and backlit remote control.
