The lamp currently has 387 hours on it, so it has plenty of life left before the bulb needs to be replaced - Optoma lists the lamp for this product to last for up to 15,000 hours. The picture quality is stunning - bright and sharp with 4K and HDR, as well as motion settings where you can turn the refresh rate up for gaming and down for movies (to remove the soap opera effect, if so desired). I used it for gaming, 4K movies, and streaming, and it was outstanding for all three. Unfortunately, we are moving to a home that does not have a room that will be suitable for a theater room, so I must sell. The original power cord and remote control are included, but there is no paper manual. Set up is quite simple, so you probably wont need a manual - but if you do need to reference something, Im sure you could find it online. The projector looks brand new and is in perfect working order. The only thing that is kind of weird is that the remote control has a very slight rattle to it, but this is apparently normal. I know this because when I called Optoma about it, they sent me a second remote - and it has the exact same rattling noise. But it works perfectly, so long as you are within range. The projector has been very thoroughly and professionally packaged with bubble wrap, and it will be shipped with insurance by UPS Ground. It will be shipped within one business day of payment.
