The item could not be fully tested due to lack of stereo equipment. While testing it, I found that 3 of the slider knobs had been previously broken off, and the Tape Monitor button will not stay in the On position. Also, after connecting it to my Pioneer SX780 Receiver, I found that it doesn t function as an equalizer, i.e., the tone of music doesn t change when adjusting the sliders. (The 3 broken slider knobs fall off when I try adjusting the sliders) Theres some minor rusting to the top exterior as well (pictured). The item measures 13x16x6. No manual or extra accessories.
