Sicherlich gibt es bessere LD-Player, allerdings ist dieser einer der wenigen Modelle der ebenfalls DVDs abspielen kann. Mit dabei ist hier das Netzteil, leider ohne Fernbedienung. Auf der linken Seite ist das Gerät etwas angeschlagen, fällt hier aber nur minimal auf und sollte nicht weiter stören. Das Besondere an dem Player ist sicher dass dieser Codefree ist, über Tastenkombination an der Fernbedienung kann er je nach Bedarf auf gewünschten Regionalcode eingestellt werden. Habe dies hier mit der Fernbedienung der DVL 919E gemacht, ist leicht und funktioniert problemlos. Habe den Player auf Regionalcode 2 (DVDs aus Europa und Japan) eingestellt, auf Wunsch kann ich Ihnen einen anderen vor Versand einstellen. Zum wechseln des Codes benötigen Sie die Fernbedienung, daher wäre es sinnvoll diese zu besitzen. Ansonsten ist noch zu erwähnen dass die blaue LED oben nicht leuchtet, das tut sie seit dem Umbau und der veränderten Firmware nicht mehr. Tested with a laser disc and an audio CD and several DVDs. It read the CD and most (but not all) of the DVDs I tested it with. The DVDs may have been too scratched or they may have been of a type this player did not recognize. The LD tray does not close all the time when the open/close button is pushed and a laser disc is loaded. If the tray is lifted ever so slightly, it will close, so I suspect the weight of the laser disc is causing this. It opens just fine. It has a new LD belt which may need to be adjusted. All in all, it looks like a good player, but I wanted to note my observations so the buyer is aware of them. Im offering free returns if this player does not perform how you want or expect it to.
