These little DACs sound fantastic! I used this one to feed a Vali 2++ and a Bottlehead Crack tube amp using a Schiit SYS switch through custom Kimber Kable braided interconnects. I have several pairs of these interconnects which I could include for $40 each if youd like. I also have one extra SYS switch available (shown in the photo), too. This DAC is in absolutely perfect aesthetic and operational condition. Id keep it but I got a stellar deal on a Bifrost 2, so now this Modi Multibit 2 is available for you to adopt for yourself. Magni 2 (headphone amplifier) and Loki (EQ) work great great sound and combo to get the blend/balance you want. MODI 2 (DAC) SUFFERES FROM INTERMITTENT USB CONNECTION ISSUE. It is a well documented issue of the MODI 2 that the unit only connects to USB when heated up. Might be reparable, but consider this listing as purchasing 2 fully functioning items with one free intermittently functional DAC thrown in. Used Schiit Modi 2 Uber Digital to Analog Converter with 115V AC power adapter (USA plug) included. In good condition with only light wear. Connects to an audio source via USB, TOSLINK, or Coax Digital cables. Input source can be switched via the button on the front of the DAC. Connects to a headphone amplifier via a Stereo RCA cable.
