Im only selling as Im moving to the UK and the mains voltage there wont support it, so its time for a new home. The tube works well with any headphones but is especially fun with high impedance ones like Sennheiser HD600, HD650 and 6XX. You can pick up different tubes to change the sound if you want to experiment. Ive had the RCA output running into some powered bookshelf speakers, so you can get the benefit of the tube sound with and without headphones. Up for sale is an original Vali 1 tube headphone amplifier. This was the original Vali that started it all. In good used condition. Comes with the original adapter. Works well. It only has maybe 30 hours of use on it, so the amount of use is actually very little. I swapped the rubber feet on the bottom with some better ones. If you dont like them, they just pop off, and you can put whatever you want as a replacement. Works and sounds excellent. Im just decluttering. This one is very rare and obscure now. Ive tried all the Vali amps and this is by far the best, in my opinion. Sadly, its discontinued, and the newer Vali models just arent the same. See photos for more info.
