The volume is a little touchy but not much. No further testing. If you bought the wrong item, we will be happy to take it back but you must send it back to us within 3 days and the item must be in the same/original condition, must match the serial number on the invoice and our warranty sticker must have not been tempered with. It is hard for us to identify the exact reason(s) unless we have the whole system/device here for an inspection by our technician.
