For sale a high quality Sansui model SR-838 direct drive quartz lock turntable in excellent condition. This model can operate with Quartz Lock, or with speed adjustment control. Turntable works properly in speed adjustment mode, but speed id drifts if you try to use in Quartz Lock mode. I think it needs pots adjustment using a service manual and Oscilloscope or Multi-meter. No headshell included only the tonearm. The headshell shown in the photos is not included. Tonearm only. Just removed from a Garrard turntable. Garrard turntable is not included [photo of turntable for reference only] only the tone arm without headshell is included. The moveable clip that keeps the tonearm on its mount for moving is missing.
