This equalizer works and sounds beautiful, very quiet and smooth and is the matching equalizer to the TU 717, AU-717 and TU 719 and AU 919 black series of audiophile components from Sansui. The only thing worth mentioning is the lamp that lights up the power button is out which is common for these equalizers or any 40+ year old component. I believe its a simple 2 leg 12V 35MA lamp thats pretty cheap and easy to replace. I just dont have the time to do it myself. The equalizer works perfect otherwise. All the band sliders move freely and all controls and switches have been cleaned for static free performance. Cosmetics are very nice 9/10)showing very minimal visible wear which is unusual since most of these are usually scratched up or scuffed from stacking components. FOR PARTS Sansui SE-7 Stereo 10 Band Graphic Equalizer Silver Face - Powers On Left channel is intermittent - see both videos - there is a longer one here in the description FOR PARTS: Unit is Good overall condition, except for the incomprehensible decision to scratch the serial number into the side of the unit and then scratch it out. Good Lord, way to completely deface an otherwise gorgeous unit. The Silver Face is impeccable. The unit powers on but has left channel issues. We tore it down to its bones and cleaned all the switches and pots with deoxit - that got the left channel working for a good 10-15 minutes and then it started intermittently fading in and out.
