Vintage Sansui 3300 Stereo AM/FM Receiver Wood Case Manual Sketchy Low Sound ????. I got this from a gentleman who told me he kept it in a closet at his house for over twenty years without using it. I plugged it in and tested. The sound is weak and sketchy and fluctuates when the balance and volume knobs are adjusted and some other buttons are pushed. I don’t have time to take it apart and clean it and find the source of the problem. I tested the inputs and tuner and they all work with the sketch sound. Sold AS IS in the described condition. Sansui AU 3900 Amplifier, with customised case, Recapped, serviced. The amp has been recapped using higher end caps, serviced and all pots and switches cleaned.The cabinet has been covered with a Quilted Maroke veneer by a professional and has been done very well.This is a 1976 - 1977 22 watts per channel amp and sound excellent and looks great.The CD player is not included. From an Estate Barn I cleaned out. Sansui 5000a Serial Number 220020167 When I brought it home the main fuse was blown.I replaced the main fuse and the right side channel on Speakers A , B, and C work GREAT ! This thing pumps out sound. Testing the left side alone I got nothing on speakers A or B so I switched the fuse to test C and the the fuse immediately blew,Plus some smoke came from the top of the receiver ( see photo). Afterwards, the RED Protector light came on.I powered it off, then back on and the protector light was off.I re-tested speakers A, B, and C on right side again and it works Great .No more testing on the left side was done. The muting button does not seem to work.The Loudness Button Works and all the Bass,Treble,Volume,Balance knobs function properly. The Tuning knob works ( see photo) It seems a bit off but maybe its just me. Pick up is Free of shipping costs and I have about a dozen more components we can check out. No Reserve Auction here.

In full working order apart from the rewind struggles towards the end of the cassette. Comes with original manual. Some marks to case as seen in photo but not bad considering its age. Prefer cash on collection but can package up and prepare for a courier collection if buyer wants to arrange one.

All bulbs have been upgraded to LEDs (other than the tuning dial lamp which is original).
