Item is in used condition. The VHS plays fine, however, the DVD tray is stuck and will not open. HDMI & RCA ports work.

DVD player opens (sometimes takes a few tries before doing so) but it cannot read the disc once it closes. VCR side works but the door needs to be held open when ejecting for tape to come out.
