Welcome to the sale for my lovely Kandy MkIII CD player from highly regarded British Hi-Fi brand ROKSAN. This CD player sounds excellent and is in full working condition. It is made in England and has excellent reviews in the forums and Hi Fi press. It comes with the original remote control, instruction manual and original box. Everything is in great condition. This CD player retailed for £650 when new and is still a good performer now. The sound is terrific and it has Roksans signature warmth that avoids the clinical sharpness of many other brands in its playback. The build quality is excellent and it is very sturdy and solidly built. It is in excellent condition with no major marks on the panels, as you will see from the pictures. It really is very clean and presents very well. I have enjoyed using it and am a big fan of Roksan products, having owned a variety of CD players, amplifiers, etc. The remote (as pictured) is a full function remote that can operate both the MkIII CD player and also the Mk III Liii Amplifier (not incl.) if you have one. Outputs: The Analogue Output (1) uses Gold plated RCA Phono sockets and for connection to the CD or LINE input of your Preamplifier or Amplifier. The Digital Outputs: (2) use a Gold plated RCA Phono socket for Coaxial SPDIF and Toslink for Optical and XLR for Balanced AES/EBU output. Any of these could be connected to a corresponding input of an amplifier with a digital input, or to an outboard Digital to Analogue converter (DAC). Here is a Roksan Kandy KA-1 MKIII integrated amplifier in black. It comes with its original remote, user manual, all packaging and a power lead. Condition report: This amplifier is in stunning condition, with no obvious marks that we can find. It looks particularly good finished in black, where most we have come across have been silver. In use: We have powered and played this amplifier and it is working exactly as you would hope. No issues. Summary: A excellent sounding amplifier that is in great cosmetic condition too. The small print...The photographs show the actual item being sold. I use a studio to show the items in as much detail as possible. I must stress, that I have not serviced this item, just described its current cosmetic and operational condition as honestly as I can. PACKAGINGI only use brand new double wall boxes and all internal packaging is via ethafoam... this is the perfect foam to keep items well located and far superior to bubble wrap.
