The CD player can be switched on, the lighting works, and the drawer extends without any problems. Playback of CDs works, but is severely distorted. A humming sound is also heard. No further functional checks were carried out. Visually, the Revox B 225 is very well preserved and shows only minor signs of wear. For sale REVOX B226 CD player in good working condition.Unit is clean with normal signs of use. No scratches or nicks to note. Small crack at the rear bottom part of the LH plastic side panel was repaired. Please check the pictures.Freshly serviced and tested by professional technician. Player did receive all new audio grade capacitors, new belt and rubber tires for tray rollers, gold plated sockets for all 4 op amps and SAA7220 chip for easy non oversampling mode implementation or other mods.Also 2 pole power cord connector was replaced with standard 3 pole male for convenience.All necessary adjustments were done according the service manual. Laser is strong and at specs.Two low noise op amps 5532DD fitted for best audio performance.Player was tested with industry standard Phillips SBC playability test CD (SBC 444 A) (not included for sale) and pass through all test tracks with no skipping or any audible distortion in sound, so laser and electronics can be considered in good shape. CD payer read and play all recorded media.Sounds amazing due to TDA1541 DAC and CDM-1 laser pickup.Player was tested for over 30 hours after maintenance works and have no issues.Item will be shipped double boxed and guaranteed to be working on arrival.Sorry, no extended warranty on used electronics.Comes as pictured.Power cord will be included.
