When I tested these Theater Research TR-1110 Digital Series Professional Home Theater Speakers I was at first a little skeptical. After plugging them in to my High End Marantz that skepticism quickly faded. I admit that I was very impressed. The sound stage was great and the bass was surprisingly very deep. Needless to say I would still recommend a subwoofer along with these but if space is hard to come by you would still be pleased. Overall these speakers are in EXCELLENT CONDITION with a dent on the back edge of one of the speakers (see photos). There are some scuffs hear and there but all minor. One thing that really caught my attention was the way the covers attach. Speaker covers are always getting broken over time, these should never break, but then the look is fabulous without the front covers so maybe you will want to show them off a bit. Stands approximately 38T, 7W and 13D. I rate these high for quality sound and design and compare their appearance to Infinity Reference. Note: if you place these in a corner be sure the sub is firing towards the wall as it will deepen the bass. An exceptional value for the money speaker. Up for sale is a GATES CB-11 16 Transcription Broadcast Turntable. Gray Research & Development Co. 16 transcription tonearm 106sp with Fairchild 225a cartridge. The turntable functions as should in both 33 and 78 speed. Fairchild was hard to take a picture of, but the needle is present, unsure how many hours it has on it. Very clean unit with original paint. This vintage audio piece is perfect for those who appreciate the old-school way of playing records. Its sturdy build and classic design make it a great addition to any collection. Whether you're a collector or just looking for a unique piece to add to your home, this turntable is sure to impress. It has been well-cared for and is ready for its next owner to enjoy.

Audio Research SP-11 mk2 Im the second owner of this amp and must have had it about 20 years. For whatever reason, its been very little used throughout its life and it shows. It is in excellent condition. It was serviced by Dave Hunter in Nottinghamshire - who is an extremely qualified electrical engineer, and is a specialist in valve amps - both audio and guitar, and has all the ARC data. The report has been attached. I sent it for a general service as there was an issue with the mute/soft start circuit. All it needed was one low voltage capacitor changed. All the other capacitors are in perfect condition, as are the original Sovtek valves, all 6 of them. The amp is 100% original apart from the one cap change above. Most of the audio caps are REL teflon, so have huge life spans. The electrolytics are well within spec, so Dave recommended leaving as-is. Ill package both the amp and PSU in seperate boxes, both double boxed properly, and send by Parcelforce 48, tracked and signed for. It may take a day or two to get properly packed. Please let me know if you need full insurance, as that will cost a bit extra for the peace of mind. Note that this ARC is particularly noted for its excellent phono stage. Still a contender after all these years. It also has a separate gain control as well as volume attenuation which makes it quite flexible for matching to power amp of differing sensitivity. The unit is a 240V UK model, so the power outlets designed for the American market were blanked off from new. I doubt there is a better collectable example of an SP11 out there.
