Shipping via FedEx: FedEx shipping charges are calculated using the dimensional weight (volume) or the actual weight of the shipped package - whichever weight is higher. The listed weight of this item(s) may reflect the dimensional shipping charge for the final package, and not the actual weight of the item(s). FedEx cannot ship to a PO Box. Orders will be shipped as soon as possible, however, may be impacted during the holiday season. Shipping via USPS: We also ship with USPS. The shipping carrier will be determined based on shipping address, weight of item and shipping availability. Combined Shipping: Items may be combined to save on shipping charges if the auctions close within 7 days of each other, are safe to ship in one box, and we are contacted prior to payment. Once paid for, items are no longer eligible to be combined. Once a combined shipping charge has been calculated for an order, no additional items may be added to an order. If requesting additional packing supplies,signature or insurance on packages, there will be an additional fee added prior to paying. Please contact customer service to request any of these options. Pick-Up Items Policy To Schedule an appointment, use the pick up scheduler under the My ShopGoodwill tab on your account. 1. Customer pickups are by appointment only, Monday - Friday, 8am-3:30pm ET (excluding holidays) 2. Please provide name on order & item count so your items can be pulled and staged accordingly. 3. Orders that have paid for shipping will be shipped out & will not be allowed to be picked up once processed. 4. Items paid for as pickup, will be made available for pickup no sooner than 24 hours from the time that payment is received. 5. Items won and paid for must be picked up within 10 business days of payment date. All items not retrieved within this time frame will be considered a donation without further notice unless special arrangements are made with customer service. 6. Buyers may also arrange their own pick-up/package/delivery service for large and Pick-Up Only items, however the carrier must assume all responsibility for the item & must be able to pick it up, pack, and ship it. Please submit a customer service ticket for inquiry. 7.Pick-ups are made on a first come, first serve basis and due to the high volume of pick-ups, there may be a wait period upon your arrival. Please coordinate accordingly. 8.Conditions of pickup times and dates cannot be guaranteed outside the parameters set forth above. Please remember, you are bidding with this in mind.
