Die doppelseitige Leiterplatte des Tunerteils ist durch gezielte SMD-Technik ein Wunder an Miniaturisierung und hat durch extrem kurze Signalwege beste HF-Eigenschaften. Die Klangeigenschaften und Messwerte der Verstärker- sektion sind mit denen des PA 1220 R identisch, ebenso die enorme Ausgangsleistung.
