PSB The Amazing Alpha Two Way Bookshelf Speakers-Black Ash. In clean condition and working as they should. Minimal surface wear - one small break in the laminate (see last photo). Very minor and could easily be glued back down. It is at the back of the speaker and not noticeable from the front. Known to be one of the best bookshelf speakers produced in the last quarter century. Inside each of these is a ½ dome tweeter (ferrofluid-cooled for enhanced power handling) and an 6½ polypropylene-cone woofer. The crossover point is 3kHz. The box is of ½ particleboard. The grille cloth is not removable; you won't be able to take it off for that bare-driver look. The rear of the cabinet is removable (six screws) to provide access. Parts are easily replaceable if necessary.

Cabinets are perfect, all drivers work and they sound really good (especially when used as L&R speaker turned on the side with the same model. With 92db sensitivity, these speakers get loud pretty quickly. Only issue is a few small dents/dimples on the grill which is shown in the photos. All photos are of the item for sale. Looking at the speaker front on, you dont really notice the dents much at all. Wall mountable with a non removable grill, so thats the reason for no picture of the drivers. Well cared for center channel with BLACK vinyl wrap. Cabinets and grill are near perfect, all drivers work and they sound really good (especially when used as L&R speaker turned on the side with the same model). The only blemish on this speaker is a slight chip on the bottom of the speaker, which can only be seen when the unit is turned over with bottom facing up. I have tried to show this to the best of my abilities with the photos (#6, #9 & #11), and a scuff mark that I didnt notice until taking pictures off the side of the grill on the plastic surround. ALL PHOTOS IN THIS POSTING ARE OF THE ACTUAL UNIT. With 92db sensitivity, these speakers get loud pretty quickly.
