Project RPM1 Carbon. Working condition. RPM 1 Carbon utilises a lot of innovations and enhancements: A low resonance chassis holds a newly designed inverted platter bearing with ceramic ball for further reduced rumble. An outboard 15V AC motor is smoothly driven using an ultra-precision AC generator with DC power supply for further enhanced speed stability. A completely new designed S-shaped tonearm tube is made from carbon fibre, aluminium and resin. Using a complex 3-step process with heat treatment and 100 bar pressure, the arm tube rigidity is strenghtened, internal damping is maximized and resonances are reduced to a minimum. This makes the tonearm also suitable for MC cartridges. Additional features are a new magnetic antiskating mechanism and a TPE-damped counterweight.

For sale is my Project Rpm 3 Carbon in White + the official project Dust Cover - Used but in excellent condition. The stylus on the deck is a 2m silver which since being changed has had very little use. Tone arm has always been weighted correctly so the suspension on the stylus is perfect. The deck its self features a decoupled motor for quiet running, a 10 inch carbon fibre tone arm, 2m silver stylus and a vinyl sandwich platter made from recycled vinyl (no need to use a slip mat) and is belt driven The deck REQUIRES A PHONO STAGE / PHONO PREAMP TO WORK. In the absence of a phono stage between the amp and deck it will be inaudible, though Im selling one of those also (: I have original box and packaging though Im setting to local collection only as I dont trust courriers not to smash it. Project RPM 1 Carbon Turntable. White. In working order, has a small problem the tone arm base is a little loose where it fixed to the turntable, this does not effect playing records, it might be an easy fix if you are knowledgeable about these turn tables, turntable is fitted with an Audio Technical AT95 EX cartridge which is as good as new only played about 6 records, no original box but will be well packed. Turntable comes with original instructions, phono leads and two drive belts one is new and black felt slip mat. These turntables retail at approx £399
