PRIMARE V25 CD/DVD PLAYER, Remote, Manual, Original Packaging. VGC. Described by manufacturer as a dvd player, it is and functions as such with some dvds available and dvd audio. I have had this maybe 5 years during which it has worked flawlessly as CD player and CD transport through both rca voax and Toslimk optical sockets. The date 2002 appears in the manual copyright. The remote control works but, being dvd, it plays on closing the drawer. The manual controls work. The quoted weight is an ebay default number but its heavy weight reflects the legendary build quality of this manufacturer. I have not been inside, no need, but photos are online. Small print in grey doesnt tell you things you want to know like formats accepted but doubtless excellent at telling you what you dont need. Its in good English anyway. The quiet operation of this is immediately apparent. Audio through the internal decoder is surprisingly good. Its an early Wooflson not cutting edge but there are 2 digital feeds to dacs of choice.
