Powers on but I was unable to get the speakers that I have to sync to it. The speakers I think are bad, as I tried 2 dongles and had the same results. It is common for the speakers to have issues in not pairing returns will not be accepted in the speakers do not pair as your issue is more than likely the speakers are having issues.
