They were super detailed but we’re constricted and lifeless sounding. I returned to the store. After reading about the extremely long break in period that these speakers have and the fact that these were one of the most striking speakers I had ever seen I ordered another pair. Again, out of the box not so great. The manual said that they need a minimum of 50-70 hours before they start to shine. I kept a note pad and logged in my hours. Let me just say that after listening long enough these speakers will blow you away. The clarity, the dynamics, and the image is fantastic. When I compared against my Elac Carina’s there was no comparison. More detailed, more dynamic, more exciting. I have decided to sell because my other vice is Photography and after purchasing a new camera I am selling much of my audio system because the camera was quite expensive. Please be aware that you should have really good electronics to get the best out of these great speakers. They will come in the original box with the manual. I will ship to the continental US only.
