Pioneer PL-518 Direct Drive Stereo Turntable Record Player CONDITION: Item is sold as is. When I plugged in the turntable it ran very well. The orange light was working. After about a minute the turntable shut off. I unplugged it and plugged it back in but the turntable no longer worked. Cosmetic condition is good. Turntable only. For parts or repair. I do have the cover but it is in very poor condition. Cracked and scratched. If you do purchase the turntable and yo want the cover. Please contact me. Again, item is sold as is for parts or repair. For your consideration, you are Viewing My ONE (1) Great Working Pioneer Turntable Dustcover Hinge (Part #PXA-323 Hinge, with #PNB-105 Chrome Plate, and Two (2) #OCM 4x8 Screws), Parted from a Model PL-518 Turntable. I know this fits the PL-518, but it could fit other Pioneer turntables with your own knowledge and research. This is fully functional, as originally designed by Pioneer. I cant find any negative condition issues to mention. This weighs 1.4-Ounces, without counting overpackaging. It does power on and the up and down lever works as well. It does come with that little box that I think has a needle in it but take a look at the photos. Comes with everything in the pictures. If you have any questions just ask as I’m not an expert in record players. It seems to be working but might need to be gone through

Up for sale I have an original vintage Pioneer headshell that I believe was used on the Pioneer PL-560 and the Pioneer PL-518 turntables and may have been used on other turntable models as well. For parts or not fully working, it lights up, sound comes through the needle, but doesnt spin for me. I did test the needle for sound, did not test it further than that. The AC power cord & the RCA and ground cords are in good condition. Also, the feet pad on the bottom are missing. The plastic lid opens and closes fine. Raised covering on the front splitting {see all photos}. Due to the age of this device and the uncertain nature of vintage electronics this device is being sold AS IS for parts with no returns. Pioneer Pl-518 Direct Drive Automatic Return Turntable WORKS GREAT READ! SEE PICS! Turntable WORKS. Complete with metal 45 adaptor and dust jacket. Headshell comes with stylus/needle but I dont know how much life is left on it. Feet have some wear, but table stands up well on its own - no functional issues. Dustcover has heavy scuffing as well as CRACK in back but it still works great.

Good used condition with some signs of wear. Includes original dust cover, headshell, feet, and documentation. Turntable appears to be working well including the auto return feature. I am by no means an expert but all features appear to be working. Dust cover has scuffs and some rough spots but is not cracked like many dust covers from this time frame. Hinges on the dust cover work well and stay up when raised. Headshell is missing one screw holding the cartridge in place. Includes original manual, and info cards but manual shows signs of wear and tear (see pictures). Feel free to ask questions!

Very nice working Pioneer PL-18 Turntable. All controls and functions work as they should. Keeps a good constant speed. Comes with a lightly used AudioTechnica AT-VMN95E cartridge and stylus. Original dust cover has some light scuffing that could be taken out with a headlight repair kit. Will packed parts separately and double box to insure safe shipping.
