Pioneer VSX 821-K 5.1 Channel 110 Watt Receiver - Not Working/For Parts Only. I bought this receiver from Goodwill and it is unresponsive when you plug it in. It draws a small amount of current and everything except the power supply board seems to be in good condition, so most likely it just needs a new power supply board and it will be good to go.
