You are getting both pioneer units shown. Both light up. The right side of the equalizers lights don’t seem to be as bright as the ones on the left. The third button from the right on the tuner is pushed in. It’s shown in the last picture. The only thing I can test is power. I don’t have any way to test further. The Power light will need to be replaced. Please refer to the photos. This tuner has to be one of the best I have ever heard. Very clean and easy to listen to.

You might want to get fresh rca cables, the white tuner plug is a bit loose at the neck so be sure that one is snug when you test the system after receiving it. All the lamps work. Cosmetically great with minimal scratches/spots.
