This receiver is in nice condition. Made by Pioneer SX 434. All but one side of the tuner display lights came on when powered up. I have only tested the receiver with my turntable. I got quality sound out of all channels. The power cord is in good condition. Cosmetically the receiver is in nice condition, I see nothing broken or missing on the receiver. I was unable to get any stations in on AM or FM on the tuner. I dont get very good reception at my house just static. May need a better ariel.

Pioneer SX-434 | Vintage Walnut HiFi Stereo Receiver - Working but needs Attn Tested and its working - but there some issues that will require attention to have it in perfect working order. Cosmetic condition good for age - particularly the walnut veneer which doesnt usually do so well. Couple of the knobs have wear from use and the rubber feet have deteriorated. A few of the display bulbs for the tuner display do not illuminate when powered on as can be seen in photos. Volume crackles when being adjusted and seems quieter than I wouldve expected - perhaps a capacitor issue - insides were photographed and are in fair condition with no obvious rust / cosmetic damage. Once adjusted sound output is fine and clear from all speaker connections - though these have rusted somewhat and could be replaced. Hopefully a person with correct skill set will be able to bring it back to its prime. All photos are of the ACTUAL item you will receive - please browse. Smoke free
