An unusual but very nice example of this early 70s Pioneer SX-1500TD stereo receiver. Presents very well, with a couple of minor blemishes on the brightwork atop of the case (see pic). The fascia is nice and clean. All lights present and all working except for the tuning needle bulb, assuming this model has one; most Pioneer receivers seem to have illuminated needles. Has a nice clear display. All inputs and outputs checked and functions tested, and all working as expected! Remember this is nearly 50 years old, so no guarantees implied or given. Plenty of power with a clear and dynamic sound. One of Pioneers best early 70s receivers. A reluctant sale, but in need of more conveniences (remote control) these days. A single set of the proprietary Pioneer speaker plugs are included, along with a set of fork–banana plug adaptors. Includes free Pioneer DM-30 microphone, which can be used with this unit.
