Pioneer PL-55DX Turntable Original OEM Part, HEADSHELL Excellent pre-owned condition, with normal vintage wear. This listing includes the HEADSHELL only. No cartridge or stylus. This part was taken from the Pioneer PL-55DX Turntable shown in the video. It may or may not fit other models. Please research before purchasing. I pack carefully and ship out promptly. It will work on ANY turntable with an “S” or “J” shaped tonearm & has the bayonet style headshell coupler. The headshell is in very good condition, but does have a slight dent on the upper left edge towards the back end – highlighted in the 13th photo. The original cartridge leads are in good condition & I am including an extra set. This is headshell is NOT made of carbon fiber – like most of the postings from Japan state. It is aluminum. (The Pioneer PP-312, with its removable finger-lift, is carbon fiber.) This receiver is in really good cosmetic condition and shows little wear. The corners of the cabinet are dinged up, but aside from that it looks great for its age. It powers up. I tried testing it using my phone through the auxiliary input and a pair of headphones. I get audio out of the left channel but its low and full of static/crackle. I get nothing out of the right. This may be due to dirty contacts, or there may be a deeper issue. No further testing has been done and its being sold 100% as-is. SHIPPING/PACKAGING: All orders ship within one business day.
