Das Gerät ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Gerät ist mit einer „Knackplatine“ ausgestattet. Damit wird das Brennen auf nicht Audio-CD-Rohlingen ermöglicht, indem zuerst ein Audio-CD Rohling eingelegt wird und dann ein Mechanismus (Druck- schalter rechts unten am Gerät) die Schublade öffnet, ohne das die Firmware es bemerkt.
