Pioneer Pl A500S (PL530) PL A500s selling for spares or repair. Japanese edition of the renowned PL530 (so 100v motor), bushes for the tonearm bearing are gone so would be a labour of love for someone to fix up, also recapping required to fix speed fluctuation on the 33.3 rpm setting. Body is in excellent condition as is the platter and bright work, also has a complete set of weights (tonearm, additional and linear weight). Original dust cover in reasonable condition with original hinges.

When Pioneer designed the vintage CS cone tweeter they used the lightest filleted foam possible as the size and excursion of the voice coil was extremely small. These surrounds are as close to the original size and composition of the original Pioneer surrounds and are procured in the USA. The kit includes two 3 surrounds, applicator brush, and the best glue available to attach surrounds to FB or paper cones.
