Vintage Pioneer deh-p835r - Old School 1998 production year. I also have the Pioneer DEQ-P800, hideaway DSP that goes with this head unit. I’d prefer not to sell these at all, but unfortunate circumstances have arisen with my dogs veterinarian bills, and his health has to take priority over very rare audio gear. As you can see, I have listed this for a special buyer. This auction is also somewhat of a “donation”, to help out my best buddy. I understand this won’t be for everyone. Instead of crowdfunding for these medical bills, I’m trying to offer something fairly rare, in return. I’ll be auctioning off several others items, as well. I’ve owned the two components for several years. They are in really good shape. Very minor wear on the head unit face. I have owners manual’s for both, and the original boxes. The boxes have a good amount of wear to them. The case to store the face is included, as is the original working remote, I even have the cradle the remote sits in. The trim ring, and wiring harness are included. The DEQ, has the original Pioneer cable to link it to the head unit. The only thing missing, are the mounting brackets. I assume some “L” brackets, and a couple holes drilled would be sufficient. Both units have been tested, and are fully functional. All buttons on the head unit, and remote work. No sticky buttons. CD’s insert, and eject, properly. If you were into car audio, in the mid to late 90’s, you remember this head unit. This was pretty much one of my dream setups. They are around, but are becoming a bit harder to come by. Items will come packed very well, and I’ll be including signature service, to make sure they reach you safely.
