The only issue I noticed was the volume knob doesnt work correctly, you have to turn it very slow or else it only increases the volume. Otherwise works great. No remote. This is still a great sounding empire 2000E3 cartridge. Comes complete wired in head shell work as last testing should be good life left in the the stylus.
