It can be used with the LC420WX8(SL)(B1) screen. This was originally purchased for a repair which turned out that the inverter was faulty on the TV and is surplus to requirements now.If your TV displays no backlights from the fluorescent tubes (ccfl) then almost certainly your inverter is faulty. This main board will not resolve your issue if your inverter is faulty and your backlight are not illuminating. The original SSB was in functioning order so this one was not needed. After getting everything sorted, I went ahead and updated the firmware on this SSB as you can see in the pictures, which proves its 100% working, showing a complete, working display.
