I will print out the manual as well. also includes power cord. I just pulled it out of the system as I revived a different preamp from the dead and now have too many. will be packed excellently.  I will add more pics of the unit powered up to show its function.  this is my personal unit pulled tonight from my own system. Used it as stereo preamp.  does so very nicely. just thinning the herd. As a bonus I will include L / R / C XLR cables for the outputs so that you get the most out of this preamp. XLR gives you less noise and stronger output voltage to your amps which means they will give you full power.
