Works perfectly. Great in stereo mode even though the DACS are a bit outdated. The tuner works very well in my area. Very clean and quiet background with silent volume adjustment and switching. The faceplate is nearly perfect and there are only a few light scratches on top near the rear. Selling only because I bought a Benchmark DAC-PRE. I will include a power cable but I do not have the remote. Funktioniert mal und mal nicht. Lasereinheit und Riemen sind neu. Der Player hat aber trotzdem Probleme, manche CDs werden eingelesen und problemlos abgespielt, andere nicht mal eingelesen. Man muss hier sicher mal einen Abgleich machen. Oder es gibt tieferliegende Probleme... . Habe einfach keine Lust mehr mich mit dem Teil zu befassen. Viel Spass also! Verkauf ausdrücklich als defekt! Sometimes working, sometimes not. Belt and tray are new. But the player has problems. Some CDs are read and played problem free. Others are not even read. I think the player needs an adjustment at least, but further problems are possible. So have fun! Explicitely sold as defect! Cosmetic condition shows scuffs, scratches, and marks. I removed the top cover and took a couple of pictures in various light conditions so you can see what youre getting. The insides look clean. The outsides show use and wear, and some surface oxidation on the case. Please view the auction photos since they are the most important part of this description. I am more interested in finding another single than I am parting with this one...but Ive been searching for almost a year without success, so I thought it was time to find this one a great home~ I love these amps and apart from the new JC-1+ ($16,000/pair) the new Classe Monos ($22,000/pair) and of course, the incomparable McIntosh MC1.25KW Monoblocks ($45,000/pair) the JC-1 was simply one of the best (if not the best) values in any monoblock amplifier we ever sold. Its that good! So, lets see how this goes...A new pair of the JC-1+ runs around $16,000~ (a bargain) I think the JC-1s were around 9,000/pair (a better bargain!) so Im hoping this SINGLE might find the right home for $3,000~ A single for sale is quite unique and I have not been able to find another single anywhere for sale, so if anyone knows the whereabouts of a NEW SINGLE in the box, Im interested and would pay up to $2,500 for it, but it would need to be in Silver, like new with the original box and packing~ If you have any concerns or questions about the JC-1, dont hesitate to contact me.What a wonderful piece of gear...
