Auction is for a partially working Parasound HCA-2200. Unit turns on, passes sound to speakers. But when turning volume up on the line level device, it starts cutting out, and the standby slowly flashes. (OL lights do not engage) A few components on the boards need to be replaced as seen in pictures. This unit is being sold as parts regarless of its current operating status.

This is a good unit and in working order. That said it is older and it can do with a refresh I’m sure. Because of the age of the unit there are no promises made or given about the long term function of the amp. It is running the fronts on my Home Theater now pushing Gallo speakers. So I am sure it works. If it arrives and there is obvious damage to the packaging. Take pictures. I cannot accept a return without those pictures. This is a good unit and in working order. That said it is older and it can do with a refresh I’m sure. Because of the age of the unit there are no promises made or given about the long term function of the amp. It is running the fronts on my Home Theater now pushing Gallo speakers. So I am sure it works. If it arrives and there is obvious damage to the packaging. Take pictures. I cannot accept a return without those pictures. For your consideration is my pristine Parasound 200 preamplifier in Mint Condition. This preamp has numerous features on it which can be viewed at Audio Advisor or at Parasound.This unit looks and functions beautifully,having a nice slim design to fit in some of the smallest spaces. It has been used with the matching 275 v.2. Cosmetically it is flawless-there are no dents,dings or scratches on this unit at all. Has never been abused(I purchased it new) I purchased this new in December of 2022, and has barely 30 hours of actual use.
