Has had a full service, new belts, and tape heads cleaned but a fault developed in testing on tape deck 2, and tape deck 1 may have a little wow/flutter (hard to tell, I may just be expecting too much stability from tape as a media) I have made a video of it so you can see for yourself but now selling as For parts or not working. Hi and welcome to the super sort after Panasonic RX-DT07 complete with its original remote. This has come in to us and it’s a real tough one to let go BUT we cannot keep everything. The unit as you can see is in good condition and plays tapes, CD’s and Radio with crisp treble and beep bass. There is an aux for on the rear to add additional devices and headphones / Microphone sockets also. The mechanical lid operates smoothly and quietly, please watch the video to see how this lovely machine runs. The only issue I have found with it is that the battery cover is missing and you can also see that at some stage there has been battery leakage on the (clock) back up battery. This may be able to be cleaned but we have not tried. This does mean that if you are using this unit portably, the clock and radio pre-sets will need resetting when next plugged in.
