It appears to be a design flaw as this is the second one Ive seen this problem on. The board schematics listed in that thread should fix the problem but proceed at your own risk as I cannot not guarantee anything. The unit is in good but used cosmetic condition. There may be some slight tool marks near the volume knob from when I previously disassembled it though I cant find them now to point them out. The stuff pictured is included: the amp itself with original parts, the power supply and cable, two XLR to 1/4 cables, and four RCA to 1/4 adapters.

i’m selling my Topping PA5, this is the third generation and recently start showing issues like the popping sound that has been greatly discussed in forums and I can’t make a return for it, so, if you are into audio, and if you know what to expect for this, make a bid and wind this amp, please research about the issue mentioned before as I don’t accept returns.
