Ich muß aber gestehen, daß ich die ersten 20 Jahre noch Raucher war. Dieses Laster gab ich 2003 auf. Damals wurde der Plattenspieler schon kaum noch benutzt. Er wurde aus praktischen Gründen schon ab Mitte der 90er Jahre von CDs abgelöst. Er stand aber natürlich immer bei der HiFi Anlage. Ich denke, daß aus der damaligen Raucherzeit vielleicht etwas zurückgeblieben ist. Wenn er geöffnet wird, sollte er einfach mal gereinigt werden. Auch äußerlich. Er hat äußerlich keine Beschädigungen, ist also eigentlich in gutem Zustand. Ich bin/war auch immer äußerst penibel im Umgang mit meinen Schallplatten. Der Plattenspieler wurde also die letzten Jahre sehr wenig benutzt, funktionierte aber immer einwandfrei.Bis ich ihn vor ca. 2 Wochen mal wieder laufen lassen wollte. Ich drückte, wie üblich, den Power Knopf, die Lichter gingen kurz an, der Tonarm zuckte, und dann war alles aus. Seither passiert also nichts mehr, wenn man Power drückt.Der/die Fachmann/Frau wird bestimmt sofort wissen, und auch messen können, was das ist. Eine Sicherung vielleicht ? Wie auch immer, biete ich jetzt dieses wunderbare Gerät als defekt an. Es wird dem/der nächsten Besitzer/in nach der Reparatur bestimmt noch sehr viel Freude machen. Partially Restored & Serviced DENON DP-37f Direct Drive QUARTZ LOCK Turntable AS IS. A Note on Pricing: There are many of these DP-37f Turntables offered on eBay, many from Japan. Pricing is all over the place and you have no idea of the condition as often you will not receive the one pictured. (personal experience). They require an additional Step-Down Transformer because of voltage requirements, which incurs an additional cost as well. US models sell for as much as $500+ in exceptional condition and Parts or Repair models that DO NOT work go for as much as $250. I am offering this Turntable as a functioning Auto-Return Turntable at $199 plus $50 Shipping because of its weight (Its a heavy well-built Turntable). I consider this price fair as work has been performed to make it presentable and ensure its operation. If still interested, READ ON.... This DENON Turntable sounds absolutely great. Cosmetically it is a 7/10. The Auto Start feature is inoperable, however the Tonearm Lift, Auto Return, 33/45 Speed, and the QUARTZ LOCK all function correctly. The Start switch on the main circuit board needs to be replaced however I dont have the time at present. Because of this the Turntable is being offered as an AUTO-RETURN Turntable. This turntable arrived in very poor physical condition and has been restored to make it presentable and enjoyable to its new owner. The following is the work that was performed: Unit was disassembled and cleaned thoroughly. Al circuit boards were inspected and cleaned with contact cleaner. All were free of swollen or cracked caps and resistors. Speed was checked and verified with the Robins ESK-5 Strobe Disc and Light Kit for 33 RPM and 45 RPM accuracy. The QUARTZ LOCK maintains exceptional Speed Management like all DENONs do. The Tonearm Headshell was replaced with a generic model and a Japanese replacement Cartridge/Stylus Combo was installed. The Turntable sounds FANTASTIC! The Dustcover Hinges were Ultrasonically cleaned, and the Dustcover was restored. With the exception of some scratches on the front (See Pic# 13) and back (See Pic# 14) of the Dustcover, it looks GREAT. There are a couple of chips to the veneer on the bottom left side of the Plinth (See Pic# 6) and a small crack on the rear left of the dustcover near the Hinge (See Pic# 8). None of these impact performance in any way. The entirety of the Plinth was buffed and polished to remove as many imperfections as possible. Some remain but are visible in reflective light. The Bump Stops of the Dustcover are missing, so felt pads were installed to avoid any future marring of the plinth finish. Power and RCA Cables, and Ground Wire were inspected and deemed to be in good condition. In all, if you are on a budget and looking for a GREAT SOUNDING Turntable that is incredibly clean, good looking, has an Auto-Return feature, and you can live with some imperfections, this is a great one to own. It maintains its speed with ROCK SOLID precision, has an incredibly full sound with exceptional detail, and tracks beautifully. After placing a record on the Platter, Press the Tonearm Lift button, manually move the tonearm over above the edge of the record and press the Tonearm Lift lever again to lower the Tonearm. The record begins to play. At the end of the record the Tonearm lifts and automatically returns to the Tonearm Rest just as it should. Because of the aforementioned this Turntable is being offered AS IS. But, rest assured it looks nice and it sounds FANTASTIC. As for the Auto Start, for what its worth, I use a DENON DP-47f as my daily turntable and NEVER use the Auto-Start feature as I clean my records with a microfiber pad and anti-static brush before each use. You should probably as well considering the cost of vinyl records today. So technically, youre really not missing that much. Message me with any questions. Ich biete hier meinen Denon DP-37F, Jahrgang 1985 an. Ich bin der Erstbesitzer, und habe sogar die original Rechnung gefunden ( Foto 14 )Das jetzt knapp 40 Jahre alte Gerät lief immer einwandfrei. Ich muß aber gestehen, daß ich die ersten 20 Jahre noch Raucher war. Dieses Laster gab ich 2003 auf. Damals wurde der Plattenspieler schon kaum noch benutzt. Er wurde aus praktischen Gründen schon ab Mitte der 90er Jahre von CDs abgelöst. Er stand aber natürlich immer bei der HiFi Anlage. Ich denke, daß aus der damaligen Raucherzeit vielleicht etwas zurückgeblieben ist. Wenn er geöffnet wird, sollte er einfach mal gereinigt werden. Auch äußerlich. Er hat äußerlich keine Beschädigungen, ist also eigentlich in gutem Zustand. Ich bin/war auch immer äußerst penibel im Umgang mit meinen Schallplatten. Der Plattenspieler wurde also die letzten Jahre sehr wenig benutzt, funktionierte aber immer einwandfrei.Bis ich ihn vor ca. 2 Wochen mal wieder laufen lassen wollte. Ich drückte, wie üblich, den Power Knopf, die Lichter gingen kurz an, der Tonarm zuckte, und dann war alles aus. Seither passiert also nichts mehr, wenn man Power drückt.Der/die Fachmann/Frau wird bestimmt sofort wissen, und auch messen können, was das ist. Eine Sicherung vielleicht ? Wie auch immer, biete ich jetzt dieses wunderbare Gerät als defekt an. Es wird dem/der nächsten Besitzer/in nach der Reparatur bestimmt noch sehr viel Freude machen. Das original sehr hochwertige MC System DL-110 wurde sogar einmal durch das Gleiche in NEU ersetzt. Die Nadel sollte in sehr gutem Zustand sein. Obwohl es ein MC System ist, wird es an den MM Eingang angeschlossen. Hier noch ein paar technische Daten.Baujahr 1985, bzw. Ich versende das Gerät aber auch. Ich übernehme aber keine Garantien, da meine Erfahrung ist, daß sich sowohl DHL, als auch Hermes absolut querstellen, selbst bei offensichtlich von ihnen verursachten Beschädigungen.
