I want to put this in black and white: The last time I used the player (about ~8 months ago) it powered on, but would not eject the tray disc. After waiting 15-20 mins, then unplugging and then plugging power outlet back in the tray disc ejected. It would close so that it appears to read the disc but then wouldnt play, even after pressing play on the remote control or physically on the unit itself. It would just stay on the HELLO display screen of the unit. Since then its a hit or miss and works/plays and then sometimes it doesnt, as I havent used it much. It does power up every time I tried to use it since the beginning when I purchased new from Oppo. Again, AS OF TODAY it works but I dont know if it will eject properly, or if any/all the unit controls will function as intended in the next 5 mins or not (let alone tomorrow). I dont know if the issue is fixable or not and I dont have the time to mess around with it or read up on blogs, forums etc. This is a FINAL SALE AS-IS condition, with NO RETURNS whatsoever since Ive described the functionality. Based on the Oppo chipset this is basically a oppo 203 without a disc player. Plays nearly every file format out there and one of the only players i know that will play dolby vision rom my UHD ISO rips.

With multi-region hardware installed inside (no soldering was requiered and can be removed easily if needed) DVD is set to region free (0) and Blu-ray is set to Zone A. Zone can be changed with remote button presse sequence. (How to will be provided to the buyer) Player is in excellent condition. I am the only owner and bought it new at local store at the time. I bought the blu-ray player brand new at Amazon in 2019 and it was working perfectly. It just stopped playing the video a few months ago.
