This DH-110A factory assembled unit (s/n 8208872) was bought new by the seller in the early 1980s, is cosmetically very good, and was fully functional when removed from the audio system in 2020 (then stored in a heated room in the shipping box). In 2019, knobs and push-buttons were professionally cleaned and de-oxidized to silence scratchiness, several capacitors were replaced and all RCA connectors were upgraded. The unit will ship in the original box with manual. Audio hobbyist groups on the internet note that this model of vintage electronics has a high incidence of scratchy sounding controls. The specific unit for sale here has quiet controls now after the 2019 servicing but scratchiness is likely to recur. Given its age, the unit is being sold “As-Is” so please ask questions before purchasing. The seller recently listened on the “Tuner” and “AUX” inputs with clear sound on both speakers and headphones and no apparent problems. All lights illuminate. Notably, the DH-110 includes two switchable phono inputs to allow a-b comparison of cartridges.
