These are very hard to come by, this is the original super server cable used on many Onkyo power amps and preamps of the 80s, its made to help eliminate crosstalk and basically is a balanced cable for those Onkyo power amps and preamps from that era. Onkyo Grand Integra Power Amp (M508) and Grand Integra Pre Amp (P308), both made in Japan. This auction is for both items together. The power amp is super chunky and heavy. Even if I could lift this beast, I would not be able to pack it securely for shipping. However, I am happy to deliver to central Scotland if that helps. My inability to lift it accounts for the less than great photos. Both pieces are working, look fresh and shiny, and were the pride and joy of my late husband. He had the power amp rebuilt in 2015 and the preamp serviced at the same time. He mentioned something about the light not working correctly on the display so I have some onkyo lightbulbs he purchased to accompany the pieces. I know nothing about all the qualities of the M508 (dual mono amps) but it was the main amp on his desk and I have tested both items with a TEAC CD player and Goodmans Achromat speakers today. When you switch on the power amp the display lights in the front windows start as red and then change to green (Im assuming this is normal). Any questions then please ask.
