Der CR-305TX hat eine hochwertige Front aus massivem, gebürsteten Aluminium. Es lassen sich noch drei weitere Aufnahme/Widergabegerät (z.B. Tape Deck oder Video-Recorder) anschließen. Der CD-Receiver hat alle üblichen Funktionen für CD-Player, Tuner und Verstärker. Die meisten Funktionen lassen sich am Gerät bedienen. Zusätzlich gibt es einen umfangreich einstellbaren Timer, so dass man den Receiver problemlos auch als Wecker einsetzen kann. Der Receiver funktioniert einwandfrei.
