This tweeter is in clean, excellent condition. It has a structurally perfect radiating surface, well-protected behind an acoustic grate, and nice plastic faceplate with no cracks or scratches noted. Also, the +/- terminals are marked for polarity and have never been soldered on the spades. It is practically indistinguishable from new. What’s more, it’s been fully tested and sounds terrific with excellent clarity and detail. It carries to a full 20kHz, so there’s plenty of “sparkle”, and is capable of supporting the Model II’s 200W maximum input, so it’s a sturdy driver. Plus, I tested its DC resistance at 6.6-6.8?, right in line with a nominal 8 ohm rating.
